Figs or Anjeer, a flowering plant of the Mulberry family, is native to the Middle East and Western Asia. They are a good source of water which makes them a wonderful hydrating agent. figs are also a good source of vitamin A and beta-carotene which provides enzymatic exfoliating properties to figs. Figs are an excellent source of many antioxidants like Vitamin C, Vitamin E, make them very beneficial for reducing the risk of premature ageing like fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, dark spots.
